One of the stars of the BTCC support package thanks to his success in both the Ginetta Junior Championship and the Ginetta GT Supercup, Tom Ingram joined the BTCC grid in 2014 with Speedworks and was best placed rookie in his debut campaign.

Breaking onto the podium in his second season following a stunning battle on track with multiple race winner Jason Plato at Rockingham, Tom marked himself out as one to watch and by the end of 2016, had made it onto the top step of the podium for the first time.

Victories kept on coming as Tom secured the Independents’ title on two occasions and also came close to the overall crown more than once – most notably in 2018 when he finished just twelve points behind Colin Turkington.

During the 2021 campaign, Tom took on new challenges, moving to EXCELR8 with TradePriceCars.com and piloting one of the squad’s Hyundai i30 Fastback Ns to three wins, which marked the first time the team had secured victory in the series. Returning for a second season in 2022 with backing from Bristol Street Motors, Tom will expect to be amongst the contenders for title glory.
