Daniel Lloyd has competed in a wide range of different championships in his career, from the Ginetta Junior Championship and Renault Clio Cup right through to the Blancpain Endurance and Sprint Series.
The Yorkshireman made his BTCC debut in 2010 in a one-off outing at Croft and returned in 2016 for nine rounds, competing at Thruxton, Oulton Park and Croft last season with Eurotech Racing and then taking in four rounds with the factory MG squad in 2017.
Winner of the TCR UK title in 2018, Daniel also returned to the BTCC in a part campaign with BTC Norlin, securing a maiden win at Croft, before focusing on competing in various TCR championships across the globe.
After a first full BTCC season in 2021 yielded multiple podium finishes, Daniel joins Bristol Street Motors with EXCELR8 TradePriceCars.com for 2022 with high hopes of adding more silverware to his resume.
